Munich Bachata Events - 4th Munich Bachata Day

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the purchase of tickets and participation in events offered by Munich Bachata Events (owner: Anna Milite). By purchasing a ticket or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Conclusion of contract

A contract between you and Munich Bachata Events is concluded as soon as you purchase a ticket via our website or other points of sale provided by us. By completing a purchase process, you agree to these GTC.

3. Ticket prices and terms of payment

The ticket prices are listed on our website and include all taxes and fees. Payment is made immediately after completion of the order and can be processed via the specified payment methods (e.g. Bank, PayPal). A claim to participation exists only after full payment has been received.

4 Cancellation and withdrawal

4.1 Cancellations by participants

Cancellation of the event by the participant is not possible but Tickets can be sold to another participiant. Name Change are without fee.

4.2 Cancellations by the organizer

Munich Bachata Events (Anna Milite) reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event in the event of unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. illness, force majeure). In this case, participants will receive a full refund or, if desired, a credit note for future events.

5. Conditions of participation and liability

5.1 Conditions of participation

Participants are obliged to follow the instructions of the course instructors and event staff and to comply with the Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to exclude participants who behave inappropriately or violate the conditions of participation from the event without refund.

5.2 Exclusion of liability

Participation in our events is at your own risk. Munich Bachata Events accepts no liability for damage to property or personal injury arising during the event, unless this is due to intentional or grossly negligent behavior on the part of Munich Bachata Events or its vicarious agents.

6. Copyrights and photo/video recordings

6.1 Photography and video

Photographs and video recordings may be made during the event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that images and video material on which you may be seen may be used for marketing purposes.

The contents of the workshops and event performances are protected by copyright. Participants may not record or distribute the content of the courses without prior written permission.

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of Munich Bachata Events.
